Meet Scott Masciarelli

Scott Masciarelli, MCC, BCC is a Master Certified Coach specializing in executive leadership development. He has a global perspective with over 25 years of corporate leadership and coaching experience in the United States, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. Scott successfully led multicultural teams, for an international airline, through reorganization, expansion, vendor transitions and a corporate merger. He understands how to educate and inspire people to create sustainable results through periods of change.

He assists leaders to effectively navigate the increased demands of managing in a hybrid environment. The coaching space allows clients to consider challenges from another perspective, leverage strengths and celebrate successes. This creative thought partnership often results in quicker decision-making, improved resource management and performance.

In the area of life and career purpose, Scott helps clients respond to feelings of restlessness and answer the question ‘what’s next’? The approach is customized to each leader’s needs, incorporating a holistic view to connect with their values and most authentic self.

In addition to executive coaching, Scott is a faculty member of several coach training organizations, serving as a trainer and mentor coach. In my Own Words

Since a young age, I have embraced each and every opportunity and aimed to live my life with “no regrets.” If I was to pick two words which resonate with me they are Adventure and Fun. For me, it’s important to always have something exciting happening. Ideally a fun, new adventure! This passion for adventure makes me ideally suited for the coaching profession. Each conversation is an exciting adventure in the client’s unfolding journey.

Working for more than 20 years in corporate America, taught me many valuable things about leadership, people, creating structures and team development. As I was embracing opportunities along the way, I found myself working across the USA, in Latin America and finishing out my corporate career as an expatriate in the Middle East. It was an exciting time traveling the world, learning several languages, immersing myself in diverse cultures and developing friendships which have become a very important part of my life.

At the same time, I had a burning desire to increase my knowledge on topics which really interested me and were not directly related to work. This led me to study psychology, business practices, leadership and personal development, coaching, finance and foreign languages. Often I didn’t understand why I wanted to study something; I just followed my intuition and did. Not knowing if or how it would fit into the bigger picture of my life.

The more I learned the more I became aware of who I was and how my interests were connected with my natural talents. I also noticed that I began to fit less and less into the narrow scope of a corporate job description. Initially, this was uncomfortable as I was asking “why do I feel this way?” After time, I was inspired to explore how I could make a living honoring these diverse interests. At first glance one seemed not to have anything to do with the other. As I gave myself the permission to look with an open mind, I began to see many possibilities and the synergy between my interests and experience. The passion and excitement turned into inspired actions. From this point, I never looked back with regrets.

This was only possible by my first making a commitment to honor my true (authentic) self which I was inspired to do when I began working with a coach. Through coaching, and coach training at International Coach Academy (ICA) I found the support and inspiration to retire from my corporate work and create a life with success on my terms that features adventure at the forefront.

Today, I am a Leadership & Career Coach, retreat facilitator, and mentor coach with Leverage for Leaders Training Academy and Global Academy of Coaching and the Center for Transformational Coaching.

Today I help clients, just like you, uncover their passions and live authentically to create a life with success on their terms.

I speak several languages, travel as often as possible and am passionate about helping you improve your personal and professional leadership skills as you design your life adventure. This can take many directions. Wherever the focus is it’s sure to be an exciting period of self-discovery and transformation.

As a coach, I am fascinated by what make each one of us “tick” and thrive on deep conversations focusing on what is possible. Seeing you turn your best ideas into action energizes me.
